Patient Scheduler - Call Center

Call Center Scheduler - Healthcare THIS POSITION IS A TEMP TO POSSIBLE HIRE POSITION Our client is seeking a Call Center Scheduler for a long term assignment. Position will include acting as a liaison between the public and clinical faculty, answering heavy call volume, and scheduling appointments in a clinical outpatient environment. Strong customer service skills needed Experience with heavy telephone call volume required Previous experience in a healthcare setting EPIC experience preferred Patient Scheduling or Patient Access is a bonus The hours are Monday through 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The hourly pay is $19.00 to $20.50 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
