The role is onsite, Monday through Friday, from 7:29 am to 2:23 pm, covering the academic year. You will work alongside educators and other support staff, using your experience and training to create a safe and nurturing environment for students.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior paraprofessional experience within school settings
• Completion of all state-mandated trainings for paraprofessionals
• Clean background check and fingerprint clearance
• Ability to follow structured routines and adapt to various classroom needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in daily instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Support students with individualized education plans or specific learning needs
• Help maintain a well-organized and positive classroom environment
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, or during group activities
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
