Marketing Assistant

Aurelius Consulting Group is currently expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing Assistants. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity based in Miami for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced professionals supporting live marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional events throughout the local area. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities Engaging with consumers and creating positive brand experiences Representing client campaigns in a professional manner Supporting customer acquisition and retention initiatives Participating in marketing events and community-based promotions Working closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives Contributing ideas and feedback during training and development sessions What We're Looking For We are interested in individuals who are: Positive and coachable Comfortable working with people Goal-oriented and self‑motivated Professional and dependable Looking to develop long-term transferable skills No specific industry experience is required.
