Your expertise will give to the production of high-quality semiconductor components that are pivotal to our customers' success. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield. While we may not be actively hiring for this role today, we’re always looking to connect with great talent for when the right opportunity becomes available.ResponsibilitiesInstallation and qualification of industry leading wet process equipment in our new cleanroomWet process equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentationCollaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting productionUse project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficienciesEstablish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metricsDevelop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategiesMinimum Required Qualifications2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Wet Process EquipmentBS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.Preferred QualificationsStrong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approachStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in Data Science and Programming skillsSee more about Boise livingHow Micron engineers pave the way for semiconductorsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
