Solar Door-to-Door Sales Representative Job Description:
Are you looking to start a career in sales with a company that’s making a real impact on the planet? Join our fast-growing solar team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative and help homeowners save money while going green! No experience? No problem! We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and all the tools you need to succeed. Responsibilities:
- Go door-to-door in assigned territories to engage with homeowners.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of switching to solar energy.
- Collect basic customer information and schedule appointments for our solar specialists.
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
- Work closely with team members and management to meet goals and hit sales targets.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable talking to new people and knocking on doors.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned neighborhoods.
- Training – learn everything you need to know about solar and sales.
