Brand Strategist/Creative Director (90-120 contract)

Pretty Mafia is seeking a visionary brand strategist to help elevate our next stage of growth and transform our existing Blonde Takeover campaign into a larger cultural moment.

Pretty Mafia is a luxury raw hair brand focused on building more than products — we are creating a recognizable beauty identity, a lifestyle, and a community around confidence, transformation, and luxury.

We have established our brand foundation and creative direction. We are looking for someone who can enhance our existing vision, create strategic structure, and help us execute at a higher level.

Brand Strategy Enhancement

• Review and refine existing brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience

• Enhance our current brand framework to support future campaigns and partnerships

• Ensure consistency across campaigns, collaborations, and growth initiatives

Blonde Takeover Campaign Evolution

• Develop the next phase of the Blonde Takeover campaign

• Create a strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and demand

• Build campaign storytelling, rollout strategy, and content direction

• Identify opportunities to turn the campaign into a recognizable movement

Celebrity, Stylist & Partnership Strategy

• Develop outreach strategies for celebrity talent, hairstylists, influencers, and creative partners

• Identify partnership opportunities aligned with Pretty Mafia’s luxury positioning

• Create collaboration concepts and partnership approaches

Campaign Planning & Execution Roadmap

• Develop a 90-day campaign calendar

• Recommend creative production needs (photography, videography, styling, PR support)

• Provide strategic guidance on execution and growth opportunities

• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, entertainment, or culture-driven brands

• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, campaigns, and partnerships - influencers & celebrities

• Has helped elevate emerging brands or create campaigns that generate conversation

• Creative thinker with strong strategic and business instincts
