Requirements
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY

OPTION I: Three (3) years of experience installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting and repairing client computing devices or software, in a centralized Information Technology organization*; one (1) year of which MUST have been in a highly responsible capacity at the level of Los Angeles County's class of Senior Information Technology Technical Support Analyst**.
OPTION I I : Four (4) years of experience installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting and repairing client computing devices or software in a help desk/desktop support role with a minimum of two (2) years as a senior or lead working in an enterprise corporate environment***.
LICENSE
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
PHYSICAL CLASS
Physical Class II - Light: This class includes administrative and clerical positions requiring light physical effort that may include occasional light lifting to a 10-pound limit and some bending, stooping, or squatting. Considerable ambulation may be involved.

TESTING ACCOMMODATION
