Overview We are seeking an experienced Director, Brand and Performance Strategy to support the launch of a new brand and offering. This role is ideal for a strategist who can provide clear guidance, structure, and recommendations for a new-to-launch offering in financial services. The client requires a hands-on partner who can evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities, and recommend the right tactics to drive results. Responsibilities

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.

- Partner with the client to clarify brand positioning, target audience, and launch objectives.
- Provide structured guidance on the right marketing activities to prioritize throughout the launch.
- Evaluate existing and planned campaign tactics across channels (digital, social, paid media, PR, events, etc.).
- Develop clear, actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance over time.
- Partner with analytics team members to monitor campaign metrics and translate performance data into insights and next steps.
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure decisions align with both short-term launch goals and long-term brand growth.
- Support coordination across creative, media, and internal teams to ensure campaign alignment
- 10+ years brand strategy, planning, digital marketing experience
- Proven experience leading strategy and digital roadmap projects in a complex business and marketing environment
- Must possess a rigorous analytical approach as well as abstract problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; dynamic (persuasive) in presenting ideas to clients and prospective clients
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and trust based on deep immersion into the client's business
- Must have a "change agent" attitude; constantly pushing us and our clients to new opportunities, approaches, ideas, perspectives, etc.
- Adept at storytelling and able to simplify and clarify complex concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player with experience managing and training junior strategists
- A curiosity to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital advertising industry and apply them to our strategies and campaigns.
