Registered Nurse - ER

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Emergency Room Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Assess patient and family needs, develop and prioritize care goals, and evaluate care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs. Coordinate care under the supervision of the Nurse Director/Manager, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Associate’s degree in nursing and current Kansas RN licensure. BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; ACLS for telemetry, ICU, and PCU; oncology certification for post-surgery care. Specific certifications needed within one year of hire. Preferred Skills And Experience Four-year degree and at least one year of relevant healthcare experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
