Join our team as a full-time, day shift Emergency Room A (ER) Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient and family needs, developing personalized care plans, and evaluating care outcomes. Prioritizing patient goals and revising care strategies to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational factors. Delegating tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes. Adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and maintaining compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Qualifications Include Associate’s degree in nursing and current Kansas RN licensure. BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer; ACLS for telemetry, ICU, and PCU; oncology certification for post-surgery care. Specific certifications required within one year of employment. Preferred Qualifications Four-year degree and at least one year of recent healthcare experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Skills And Qualities Strong assessment, communication, and delegation skills.
