Transforming the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function, the full-time remote Head of Fraud Intelligence will oversee operational improvements, develop talent, and generate actionable fraud intelligence to enhance fraud prevention initiatives. Key responsibilities: Establish performance baselines and operational metrics for the Fraud Intelligence Team, focusing on labeling quality and efficiency Design and implement scalable quality assurance processes to improve labeling accuracy and consistency Build a best-in-class entry-level talent program and create a progression framework for team members to advance their skills and careers Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, or related fields, with significant people leadership experience 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement Experience developing and coaching early-career talent and building high-performing teams Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with product, analytics, and engineering teams
