Affiliate Marketing Manager

Building and scaling an affiliate and partner-led referral program from the ground up, the full-time remote Affiliate Marketing Manager will own strategy and execution, recruit and activate partners, and design commission structures to drive profitable revenue. Key responsibilities Build and own the affiliate/partner program strategy and execution across various segments Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners Design and optimize commission, payout, and incentive structures to drive profitable growth Required qualifications Proven track record building or scaling an affiliate/partner program that drove measurable revenue Hands-on expertise with affiliate/partner platforms and tracking/attribution Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of attribution and incrementality Experience recruiting and managing affiliates, publishers, or creator partners Skilled at designing commission structures and controlling for fraud and low-quality traffic
