Location 8490 N. Pecos St., Federal Heights, Colorado 80221 Brand EZPawn Pay $16.00 to $17.50 per hour (based on experience) Overview Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) position offering a fast‑paced retail environment, paid training, career advancement opportunities, and competitive pay. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting in person and over the phone, and building rapport. Process sales, loans, and loan extensions for pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Perform opening and closing store duties. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets the store apart from competitors. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Prior customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking ability. Pass a criminal background check and a drug test (conducted after a conditional offer). Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual ability is a plus.
