Product Manager

Role Overview As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping us deliver a best in class product for our customers. You’ll work closely with teams across Elementus to define and design features, work with engineering to build, and manage product rollouts. You are passionate about understanding users, identifying problems (whether it be a product or process problem), and fixing them. You love diving into data and the details to really understand a problem, so that you can recommend the best solution. We’re designing a new category creator; you’re not afraid of ambiguity and iterating on our evolving product vision. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design and internal stakeholders to achieve cross-functional outcomes Own full development life cycle from definition, development, to feature rollout (product documentation, training, and product announcements) Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data to help the product team make informed decisions Collaborate with wider product team to define product roadmap Monitor, triage, and identify impactful/high priority bugs Perform build vs buy analysis for our data needs Stay updated on blockchain technology trends, news, and advancements Requirements Strong experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Project Management or 2 years in Product Management in a fast-paced technology environment, managing the full product lifecycle Interest and experience in blockchain technology Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Self-motivated and can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to pivot with shifting priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Ability to work in the New York City office for ~2 days a week Naturally curious - interested in understanding complex problems and identifying potential solutions Technical background or experience working with technical products (Data pipelines, APIs, software design, etc) Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, etc) Ability to pull complex data and perform analysis (SQL needed, Python is a plus) Experience with Excel, Jira/Asana/Linear or other project tracking software $120,000 - $160,000 a year The base salary pay range for this position is $120,000-$160,000 annually. Base salary may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and stock options may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
