Job Details Assignment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse Setting: ICU / Cardiac Critical Care Location: Indianapolis, IN 46237 Start Date: 10/5/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Schedule: Every other weekend required Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 EMR: Epic Float: First to float with low census Registered Nurse Requirements Active RN license At least 2 years of critical care or ICU experience required Experience with ventilator management and respiratory therapy support Experience managing titratable vasoactive drips BLS and ACLS required Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity cardiac critical care environment Comfort working nights and rotating weekends ICU Nurse Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients Monitor and manage patients with complex needs, including post-cath STEMIs and NSTEMIs Care for direct admits and medical ICU overflow patients as needed Support ventilator management in coordination with respiratory therapy Administer and titrate vasoactive medications per protocol Work closely with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care Float as needed during periods of low census Apply now for this exciting travel ICU nursing job in Indianapolis and join a team dedicated to exceptional critical care.
