Sales Representative I, Spine - Sioux City, IA

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative I for its Spine division based in Sioux City, Iowa. This field-based role focuses on managing spinal product inventory, developing customer accounts, and driving sales within an assigned territory. The position requires a valid driver's license and regular travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage, and track consignment and loaner inventory across assigned territory
• Manage customer accounts and solicit orders for Medtronic spinal products from new and existing customers
• Provide territory case coverage and prepare call reports for the District Sales Manager
• Resolve customer complaints and recommend product line modifications as appropriate
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and market share targets in the territory

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 4+ years sales or medical device experience, or associate degree plus 2+ years relevant experience, or bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance with acceptable driving record
• Orthopedic, spine, or operating room experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in operating room settings
• Ability to accommodate flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings
• Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with computer systems and extended computer interaction
