What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU setting
• Support approximately 2,700 annual deliveries with 24/7 in-house coverage
• Manage an average of 19 patients daily, delivering acute and ongoing neonatal care
• Perform neonatal procedures aligned with your clinical competency
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Participate in educational activities for medical students and trainees
• Exercise autonomous clinical decision-making based on evidence-based practices

What You Need:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• At least 1 year of NICU or pediatric critical care experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
