Pay Rate: $ 2,300 To $ 2,560/Week

Contract: 13 Weeks


Schedule: Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


Experience: Minimum 1 Year RN Experience Required | Chemotherapy/Infusion Experience Preferred

About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Chemotherapy / Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join Crawford Memorial Hospital. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care in the infusion department, administer chemotherapy and infusion therapies, monitor patient responses, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood transfusions, IV medications, and infusion therapies safely.
• Initiate and maintain peripheral and central venous access devices.
• Monitor patient responses, manage symptoms, and communicate changes to providers.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN License required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Chemotherapy/Infusion experience preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment, IV therapy, EMR documentation, and communication skills.
