Customer Solution Representative
AriZona Beverages, founded in Brooklyn, NY in 1992, is proud to be a family owned and operated American company. The Customer Solution Representative is responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate delivery through effective coordination across internal teams, customers, brokers, and third-party logistics providers. This role requires strong interest in learning and developing knowledge in supply chain operations, problem-solving skills, and the ability to proactively manage order exceptions to support on-time and in-full (OTIF) performance. The position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting overall company operational goals.
Essential Functions
- Manage customer orders and reporting within the SAP system and various third-party vendors and customer portals.
- Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy, completeness, and correct customer information.
- Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
- Track, identify, and communicate order exceptions or delays as they arise.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve order, inventory, or logistics issues to minimize service disruptions.
- Verify inventory availability and coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments, customers, and external partners regarding shipment updates or potential delays.
- Collaborate with the sales team, logistics brokers, and customer buyers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to manage transportation and delivery scheduling.
- Address customer concerns or complaints and work toward timely, effective solutions.
- Analyze supply chain or logistics challenges and recommend improvements when possible.
- Work independently while maintaining high productivity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Advocate for the needs of the customer while supporting the operational goals and priorities of AriZona.

- Knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on relationship building and accountability.
