We're looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join our growing sales team. This isn't a role where you're starting from scratch. You'll step into an established, high-performing territory with an existing book of business that includes large-scale, high-profile industrial customers. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, growing existing accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and continuing to deliver the level of service that has made Mallory a trusted partner for decades. What You'll Do Manage and grow an established territory by strengthening relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and identify opportunities for growth through strategic account planning. Conduct customer visits, evaluate needs, and deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to each customer's business. Expand business within existing accounts by identifying new products, services, and safety solutions. Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging products to provide valuable insights to customers. Prepare quotes, submit orders, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process. Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate sales activity and territory reporting. Participate in supplier training, industry education, and professional development opportunities. Support and collaborate with Onsite Associates serving customers within your territory. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of outside sales or account management experience. Industrial distribution and/or safety industry experience strongly preferred. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage priorities and achieve sales goals. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and other business software. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Why Mallory?
