Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee daily hotel front desk operations in New York, NY. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest satisfaction, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The Front Office Manager will lead the front desk team, ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Supervise, schedule, and train front office staff.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and service issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy, and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and improve front office efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
