Overseeing customer service operations for smooth, efficient service delivery. Fostering a positive and engaging environment for both customers and employees. Required Skills & Experience GED or equivalent required. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality. Problem-solving aptitude and capacity to handle stress in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of service excellence. Additional Qualifications GED or equivalent required. Mid-level experience in customer service. Understanding of health & safety standards and ability to enforce them. Familiarity with customer management systems. Ability to interpret operational metrics and report status concisely to managers.
