1st Shift Warehouse Forklift/Equipment Operator

Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Monday Thursday | 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift/Equipment Operator to join our team in Arlington, TX. This position is ideal for dependable individuals with prior experience operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) , Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) , and Reach Truck

• Pick, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse

• Use RF scanners to complete order picking and inventory transactions

• Load, unload, and transport materials efficiently

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a Cherry Picker and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is required

• Reach Truck experience is preferred

• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience required

• Experience using RF scanners preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights when operating a Cherry Picker

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• English-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
