Quality Assurance Document Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day Shift)
Location: Arlington, TX

We are seeking a detail-oriented  QA Document Specialist to support our Quality Department by managing data books, documentation, and quality records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Organize, index, and maintain  quality control records including:
• • Inspection reports
  • Certifications
  • Nonconformance reports
  • Test results and data books
• Scan and manage quality documentation across multiple locations
• Compile and maintain  project data books and manufacturing/inspection procedures
• Create and issue  Certificates of Conformance for shipments
• Maintain logs for inspection stamps and product serialization
• Enter purchase requisitions and assist with supplier documentation
• Design forms, labels, and barcodes to improve workflow
• Support final testing, certification, and shipment processes
• Perform general administrative support for the Quality team

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1+ year of quality, manufacturing, or related experience
• Strong computer skills ( Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat )
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with  Glovia or  MasterControl is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Office-based role with daily computer use
• Light to moderate physical activity
• Prolonged sitting may be required
