Description
Kristy Kuts is a rapidly growing pre-cut produce operation. We are in search of an office administrator who can stay on top of the needs of the office. This individual would work closely with the management team handling the majority of the administrative tasks. This position will be an integral part of our team and help us to ensure operational excellence.
Job Duties:
- Sales, accounting and operations assistance
- Data entry, PO management, assist in inventory control and customer follow-ups
- Microsoft office experience needed
- Produce experience a plus but not necessary
- Walmart Retail Link experience is a plus but not necessary
- Traits - Organized, reliable, accurate/thorough, team-oriented, good communicator, able to multitask and prioritize
- Potential for growth for the right person
Requirements
- Associates degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal/teamwork skills required
- Superior organization, planning, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Attention to detail
- Solid computer knowledge: Microsoft Office programs, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible hours
