Specific schedule to be determined. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Duties Provide general administrative assistant support to the Head of NA HR, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, expense reporting, and handling correspondence. Coordinate and plan team events and workshops Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for employee records and HR documentation. Assist with onboarding logistics and coordination. Maintain annual HR calendar for the People and Culture function Own all regional HR communications for the region Maintain all annual compliance and license to operate training documentation Document Preparation Draft, format, and proofread HR-related documents such as offer letters, policy updates, and internal communications. Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership. Basic Project Work Support HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement programs, wellness campaigns, and process improvements. Track project milestones and deliverables. Exit Interviews Schedule and conduct exit interviews. Compile feedback and identify trends to support retention strategies. Ensure proper offboarding documentation and procedures are followed. HR Program Administration Assist employees with HR program plan inquiries and enrollment. Coordinate with benefits providers to manage retirement contributions and documentation. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates. Vendor SAP Setup and Management Facilitate the onboarding of new HR vendors in SAP. Maintain vendor profiles and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
