Do you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards? We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team and play a critical role in verifying that metal stamped components meet customer specifications and company quality requirements.

This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, inspection, quality control, or production experience who enjoy hands-on work and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

• Inspect metal stamped parts and finished products to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects, discrepancies, and nonconforming materials.
• Complete accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Follow established quality procedures, inspection plans, and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
• Support general labor and inspection-related activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Basic math skills for measurements and dimensional verification.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience inspecting metal stamped parts or similar manufactured products.
• Experience in quality control, production inspection, manufacturing, or general labor.
• Familiarity with measuring devices and quality documentation.
• Experience working in a process-driven manufacturing environment.

This position is located within a clean room manufacturing facility where temperature and environmental conditions are controlled for employee comfort and product quality. Team members inspect metal stamped components, perform measurements, and complete quality checks while following established procedures and safety standards. The environment promotes accuracy, organization, teamwork, and professional development.

This is a Permanent position based out of Danville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Danville,IL.
