Account Manager – Financial Wellness Solutions Position Overview PNC Financial Wellness Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to support the needs of businesses and their employees. As an Account Manager, you will work directly with clients to design, implement, and advance financial wellness programs that align with their organizational goals and objectives. Job Description Under supervision, responsible for developing and maintaining assigned long‑term client relationships; provide sales or consultative support to clients and serve as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units; may participate in pricing and resource discussions and in developing the scope of service to existing and potential clients. Serve as point of contact for client matters; identify and develop new servicing opportunities with existing clients to build and maintain a long‑lasting relationship; leverage industry and PNC knowledge to inform customers of appropriate products/services, rates, and other opportunities. Involved in negotiating servicing agreements and fees for existing clients if contract modifications are needed; work with in‑house counsel and clients on contract negotiations; review the servicing agreements to ensure contract terms meet servicing guidelines. Participate in the analysis, assessment, and documentation of client requirements; forecast and track key account metrics; identify customization needs and work with service partners to decide/implement. Manage processes outlined in the contract and partner to resolve challenges regarding implementation and production issues; serve as an escalation point for high‑severity requests or issues; work toward finding the best solution to maintain a positive client relationship. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $40,000.00 – $127,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
