Practice Snapshot:
3-room operating suite
1 endoscopy suite (runs 2 days/week)
Case types include:
o General surgery
o Urology
o Limited orthopedics
o Pediatric dental
Low daily case volume
Most OR days end before 4 PM
No trauma, cardiac, neuro, or OB cases

What Youll Do:
Leadership:
Oversee anesthesia operations, staffing, and scheduling
Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and community service
Serve as a liaison between anesthesia staff and hospital leadership
Lead recruitment and quality initiatives
Clinical:
Provide direct anesthesia care in a low-acuity setting
Supervise or work alongside CRNAs and physician colleagues
Maintain a visible, supportive presence in the OR
Call:
Light call rotation
No acute care surgery98%+ chance of not being called in
Call functions mostly as standby coverage, not in-house service

Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O.; Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Eligible for NJ medical licensure
5+ years of clinical experience (leadership preferred)
Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills
