Responsibilities Proper food handling and storage Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking Accurately and efficiently cooking food Ability to read in English OR Español and follow all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety to produce food according to the Turning Point and Health Department guidelines Work in all kitchen areas including the three cooking stations, food prep, and dishwashing positions Managers expect you to act with integrity and follow standard operating procedures Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required Skilled with the use of cookware needed for the position Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility #J-18808-Ljbffr The Turning Point LLC
