Manager Information & Responsibilities Daily management of one shift (no double shifts or overnight closures). No open/close shifts for managers. Work alongside FOH and BOH staff. Conduct full inventory for each period. Full transparency on financial performance for performance‑based compensation. Fully implemented technology solutions to aid in daily tasks. Support and timely communication without intruding on personal time. Relocation opportunities within states operated. Hire exceptional team members consistently. Ensure equity and equality for all. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required). Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team. Work effectively in partnerships. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude. Schedule Day shifts only. Available to work on holidays and weekends. Opportunity for occasional weekend off through approved shift swaps when staffing permits. Supplemental Pay 13 performance‑based bonus payments.
