We are seeking an experienced FOH Restaurant Manager to lead our medium-sized front of house team in a casual dining environment. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily floor operations, enhancing the guest experience, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the kitchen to maintain high-quality service and timely order delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage floor operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Supervise and coach a team of 6-15 front of house staff
- Enhance guest experience through attentive and responsive service
- Oversee daily shift management and staff scheduling
- Coordinate orders with kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery
- Maintain strict quality control standards
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff on a daily, as-needed basis
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee supply needs
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
