Overview

The Marketing Liaison is responsible for driving census growth and building community awareness for the Assisted Living and Independent living facilities. This position serves as the primary connection between the facility, referral sources, residents, families, and the broader community. The Marketing Liaison develops and executes marketing strategies to promote exceptional care and hospitality standards, ensuring that prospective residents and families experience a seamless transition into the community.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, senior centers, and other community referral sources.

  • Conduct regular outreach visits to develop and maintain referral partnerships.

  • Identify new marketing opportunities and referral channels to drive admissions.

• Admissions Support

  • Coordinate and participate in tours, presentations, and facility events for prospective residents and families.

  • Follow up on all inquiries and leads promptly to ensure positive conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth resident transitions and admissions documentation.

• Marketing Strategy & Branding

  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns, community events, and sponsorships that promote brand and services.

  • Create marketing materials and social media content in alignment with branding standards.

  • Track and report marketing activities, inquiry sources, and admission trends to leadership.

• Community Engagement

  • Represent Assisted Living and Independent living at health fairs, community gatherings, and professional networking events.

  • Develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance community presence.

  • Plan and host open houses and special events to promote the facility.

• Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of referral activity, census data, and marketing results.

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance metrics for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in assisted living and Independent living ,senior care, or healthcare services.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing and outreach strategies.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; social media marketing experience preferred.
