Accounting Clerk

Accounting Clerk LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Part-Time Accounting Clerk job opportunity for the corporate office located in Roseville, California. This position is 100% in-office! The part-time work schedule will be everyday 9am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday 6 hours a day. The ideal candidate will have accounts payable and accounts receivable experience and have excellent customer service skills. The job responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, verifying against the purchase order, confirmation of pricing, monitor AP email inbox, prepare and send customer invoices, post payments and deposits, daily deposit reconciliations, enter inventory information and reconcile, assist with the month-end close, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: Strong Accounts Payable experience required Solid knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping knowing your debits and credits Software experience with cloud-based software applications Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook & Excel) Solid communications skills (written & verbal) Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized to meet the deadlines Team player, helpful, and a positive attitude Reliable, dedicated, and efficient Associates or Bachelor's Degree would be preferred Experience: 2 year of Accounting (Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk) Employment Type: Temp to Hire (The job is considered full-time at 30 hours per week and will have full benefits when hired directly) Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Flynn Woodworth Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
