Accounting Clerk

Location: Lincoln, CA 95648 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE) Position Type: Short-Term Project Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Assistant to support a busy construction company during its peak season. This fast‑paced, short‑term opportunity is for someone energetic, detail‑oriented and thrives in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume customer invoicing using QuickBooks Online Enter vendor bills accurately and efficiently into QuickBooks Online Support three accounting team members with daily accounting and administrative tasks Verify invoices and ensure accurate data entry Assist with accounts payable and general accounting functions Organize accounting records and maintain accurate documentation Communicate professionally with vendors and internal staff Provide additional administrative support as business needs require Qualifications Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online is required Previous accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or accounting assistant experience Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Why Apply?
