HR & Office Coordinator — Talent Acquisition Lead

Harvard Maintenance is seeking an organized Office Coordinator / Recruiting & HR Administrator to support our local leadership team and workforce operations in Detroit. You will be the face of the office, handling front desk duties, onboarding, and HR inquiries while collaborating with the Regional HR Generalist and Recruiting Manager. The role is split roughly 40% office administration and 60% recruiting, including high-volume hiring for hourly positions, background checks, iCIMS ATS, and local #J-18808-Ljbffr Harvard Maintenance
