District Sales Manager – Pediatrics / Allergy & Epinephrine
\n \nWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team supporting a product within the pediatric allergy and epinephrine/anaphylaxis market.
\n \nThe ideal candidate is a proven people leader with strong experience in pediatrics, allergy/immunology, and epinephrine products who can effectively coach field sales representatives and drive sales performance.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives \n
- Drive sales strategy and execution across assigned territories \n
- Conduct field rides, performance coaching, and representative development \n
- Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, allergists, and other healthcare professionals \n
- Support product education related to allergy, anaphylaxis, and epinephrine treatment \n
- Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities for growth \n
- Maintain accountability for team activity and performance goals \n
- Ensure compliance with all applicable promotional and regulatory standards \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management experience \n
- Direct experience within pediatrics and allergy/immunology \n
- Proven experience coaching and developing sales representatives \n
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills \n
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance \n
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Established relationships with pediatricians and/or allergists \n
- Experience launching or growing an epinephrine or allergy product \n
- Pharmaceutical sales leadership experience \n
- Bachelor’s degree \n
