This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful healthcare solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize Epic ClinDoc tools for inpatient nursing workflows.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, clinical informatics, and IT teams to support safe, efficient, and compliant care.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on nursing operations.
• Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and testing to ensure system changes align with clinical best practices.
• Support reporting and quality initiatives by ensuring accurate and consistent documentation data.
• Provide training content, workflow communications, and end-user support for new functionality and operational changes.

Requirements

• Epic ClinDoc certification.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting clinical inpatient nursing Epic systems.

Preferences

• Additional certifications in ASAP, Rehab, LTC, or Orders.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation and Epic system upgrades.
• Partial/completed college degree.

• Strong understanding of Epic inpatient clinical documentation workflows.
• Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into effective system configurations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, documentation standards, and patient safety considerations.
