By building strong customer relationships, maximizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities for growth, the team contributes to both short-term and long-term success.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Territory Manager to our New Jersey Sales team. This role will be responsible for TBD. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:

The Perfect Blend: Experience

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably within a Consumer-Packaged Goods or Food/Beverage organization
• Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and follow-up skills
• Seasoned in conflict management
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent analytical ability

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or 7 years of sales experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule involving early mornings, evenings and/or weekend
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be located in TBD
• Travel up to %
