Territory Manager, Biologics – Manhattan North Sun Biologics The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s biologic product(s) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts that specialize in the area of Psoriasis. The Territory Manager will develop and apply territory business plans that lead to the achievement of sales goals and objectives. The role coordinates and integrates with all field‑based employees to effectively drive acceptance of the promoted product(s) within the designated business area. Responsibilities Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Utilize sales reports, CRM, and forecasts to inform strategy. Complete timely call‑reporting tasks. Manage sales budgets within the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Interact with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels; employ diplomacy and professionalism. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical‑device sales. Strong communication skills and demonstrated clinical acumen. Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Experience in psoriasis or other immunologic disease states (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis). Experience selling intravenous or subcutaneous biologics, including oncology. Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment. Dermatology selling experience. Biologic launch experience. Experience selling in a highly competitive environment. Personal Skills / Attributes This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic “startup” type of environment while maintaining focus on business goals. The candidate should be dependable, build trust with the matrix team, and be transparent, ethical, and compliant. Experience presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion is required. Compensation & Benefits Base compensation range: $118,000 – $164,000, with variation based on geographic location and experience. The position is part of the IC Commission Plan.
