Refreshed Mental Health Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This full-time, remote role is ideal for a clinician passionate about supporting youth with mental health needs and is focused on delivering quality care through both in-person and telemedicine sessions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also providing the option for in-office interactions at our Erie, Pennsylvania outpatient office. You will benefit from a comprehensive administrative support system that includes credentialing services, intake scheduling, and expedited billing procedures. This environment allows our clinicians to focus primarily on patient care without being overwhelmed by administrative burdens.

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, building and maintaining positive relationships that respect professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when applicable.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, including detailed progress notes that comply with clinical standards.
• Conduct intake assessments and evaluations to identify the needs and goals of new clients.
• Provide a predetermined number of weekly individual therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that supports the overall well-being of clients.

You will primarily work with youth dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues. Our clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care tailored to meet the unique needs of each client while fostering an environment that promotes trust and healing.

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• Strong capability to meet credentialing requirements for clinical practice in relevant settings.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and the provision of individual and group therapy.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and manage youth clients effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Prior work in a multi-disciplinary clinical team setting.
