Bilingual HR Assistant Pay rate: $25.00. Duration: Length of assignment has not been defined yet but will be directly related to staffing needs of the business. Expect assignment to last through 12/31/26. Responsible for creating and tracking various aspects of reporting requirements HR Administrative Assistant needs to have great communication and organizational skills. Duties include but not limited to: Provides administrative support to HR Manager as needed Screening applicants and scheduling conducting interviews Helping new hires through onboarding process Translate promotional recruiting material, recruiting flyers, work standards, instructions, etc. All other duties as assigned Prefers that the candidates have industry experience in Manufacturing but it is not required. Work Schedule & Hours/Days: Mon-Fri. (potentially on a Saturday for a job fair if needed) - 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. PPE Required: PPE is required while in the plant (safety glasses and ear plugs are provided by Bridgestone). Steel-toed shoes required in plant and may need to be in the plant as determined necessary by HR Manager. Will there be an interview or hire off the resume only?: Onsite interview with HR Manager.
