About the Role
Our client, a global leader in the food, agriculture, and supply chain industry, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the organization. This role focuses on enabling business transformation through deep analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and solution design. The ideal candidate will influence decision-making at multiple levels, identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, and deliver high-value recommendations that align with business objectives. As a Business Analyst III, you will leverage advanced business analysis techniques to evaluate complex business challenges and guide the organization toward effective solutions. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gather, analyze, and document business needs and processes
• Evaluating current systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
• Conducting strategy analysis, solution evaluation, and requirements definition to support business initiatives
• Developing and clearly communicating actionable recommendations to leadership teams
• Serving as a liaison between cross-functional, regional, and global teams to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions
• Leading requirements gathering sessions, documenting business needs, and supporting implementation of solutions
• Driving change management efforts by identifying organizational needs and facilitating adoption of new processes
• Independently managing complex issues, escalating only the most critical challenges when necessary
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and profitability

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
• Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution evaluation
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver data-driven recommendations
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at various levels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large, global, or matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with change management methodologies
• Knowledge of data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms
• Experience supporting technology or system implementation initiatives
• Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent
