Our projects integrate energy infrastructure, land development, and digital innovation to power the next generation of AI and computing. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Project Development Associate to join our fast-growing development team. This is an exciting early-career role for a motivated individual who wants to work at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and technology. You’ll support all phases of project development - from early site diligence through permitting, power interconnection, and commercial execution. What You’ll Do
- Conduct due diligence on prospective project sites, utilities, and landowners.
- Support site acquisition, land-use planning, and entitlement activities (zoning, permits, environmental studies).
- Manage project trackers, schedules, and budgets across multiple development sites.
- Prepare presentations, investment memos, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and commercial teams to maintain project momentum.
- Interface with consultants, utilities, and local agencies as part of the development process.
- Track regional policy, infrastructure, and market trends in energy and digital infrastructure.
