Regulatory and Compliance Associate

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Associate with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity within the Pharmaceutical industry, located in Hauppauge, NY. Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather, maintain, and produce customer-facing materials such as questionnaires, specifications, certifications, and other requested documentation within established deadlines Serve as a primary liaison between suppliers and customers to ensure accurate and timely exchange of regulatory, quality, and technical information Maintain organized records and manage databases supporting regulatory and compliance activities Provide support with customer complaints by following established internal procedures and documentation standards Assist with preparing, submitting, and maintaining product and facility registrations with the FDA and applicable state agencies related to regulated ingredients Review and verify Certificates of Analysis to confirm alignment with approved product specifications Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to prepare and submit product usage documentation to address FDA import and clearance matters Support ongoing supplier and customer relationships by responding to information requests and coordination needs as they arise Contribute to new initiatives and special projects across regulatory, quality, or related areas as assigned by leadership Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Regulatory or Compliance experience Work Site: Onsite Employment Type: Direct Hire Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
