The Operations Manager will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations. Position Location: Hybrid – Portland, OR Primary responsibilities (85%+ of team member’s time will be dedicated to primary responsibilities) Coordinate client requests across 10‑member operations team. Help lead the design and implementation of next generation knowledge and communication center. Time permitting, assist with Salesforce Integration with our Portal, Utilization by internal personnel, and effectiveness of platform. Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels. Help refine processes and policies in areas of operations. What You’ll Need 5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
