This full-time role is all about soaking up knowledge, supporting the Store Manager, and getting ready to take the helm. Responsibilities Absorb everything from our seasoned managers about running a top-notch retail operation. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing the store staff, with an eye on building your own future team. Dive into the numbers, analyze sales data, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets. Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies. Step up as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless operations. Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays. $23 - $28 an hour.
