Business Development Representative

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Business Development Representative located in the Greater Houston area. This is a true cradle-to-grave sales role — you will own the full client lifecycle from first outreach to long-term account retention. You will identify and pursue new commercial roofing opportunities, prospect property managers, developers, GCs, and facility decision-makers, walk roofs, build proposals with our estimating team, and close deals. Just as importantly, you will nurture those relationships long after the first job is delivered — driving repeat business, referrals, and a book of business that compounds year over year. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction is essential. Qualifications Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and commercial account management Strong business development and consultative selling skills Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build long-term client relationships Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and retaining clients over multiple years Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience in commercial roofing, construction, or building services strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
