Salary: R23 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Inbound Sales Agent to work from home in South Africa for a UK business. Every lead you speak to has already raised their hand — your job is to understand what they need, explain the options honestly and help them buy.

Full-time and fully remote, working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, web enquiries and live chat from interested customers
• Qualify each enquiry and recommend the right product or package
• Prepare and follow up on quotes until the customer decides
• Keep the CRM accurate so the pipeline reflects reality
• Hit monthly conversion targets without overselling
• Share what you hear from customers with the marketing team

What You Will Need

• Experience with sales, telesales or a target-driven customer role
• Confidence on the phone and clear, natural written English
• Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce
• The discipline to follow up properly rather than letting leads go cold
• A quiet home workspace, reliable computer and stable fibre internet
• A backup power solution for load shedding
