AMER Coordinator Job Duration: 12+ months Remote Role Job Description The AMER Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing programs across the Americas. This role will work closely with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and events are launched accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end execution of AMER marketing campaigns, including webinars, corporate events, trade shows, email campaigns, and regional programs. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications. Build and execute email campaigns, landing pages, registration forms, and audience segmentation within marketing automation platforms. Partner with Field Marketing and Demand Generation teams to translate campaign requirements into operational plans. Coordinate campaign setup and tracking within Salesforce and other marketing platforms. Maintain campaign calendars and help prevent scheduling conflicts, audience overlap, and communication fatigue. Support lead management processes, including list uploads, data validation, lead routing, scoring, and follow-up coordination. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and dashboards highlighting engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution. Ensure campaign assets comply with brand guidelines, email marketing standards, and regional data privacy requirements. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and campaign launch processes. Develop and maintain campaign playbooks, process documentation, and best-practice guidelines. Troubleshoot campaign execution and marketing technology issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. Facilitate meetings, provide program updates, and ensure alignment among regional and global stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience coordinating B2B marketing campaigns, preferably within a technology or SaaS organization. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar tools. Familiarity with Salesforce campaigns, reporting, and lead-management processes. Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Experience working with email marketing, audience segmentation, campaign reporting, and data quality. Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with Field Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting marketing programs across the AMER region. Marketo or Salesforce certification. Familiarity with project-management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Experience supporting corporate events, webinars, trade shows, and integrated marketing campaigns. Understanding of lead scoring, marketing attribution, data hygiene, and campaign performance analysis. Experience improving or automating marketing workflows. Familiarity with generative AI tools used to improve marketing productivity.
